A medium-roast Peruvian decaf that doesn’t taste like decaf. Expect a smooth caramel sweetness up front with a clean citrus lift on the finish.

Sourced from the Cooperativa Agricola de Servicios Norandino in Piura and Amazonas, this lot grows at 1,100–1,700 meters in mineral-rich clay soils.

It’s fully washed, sun-dried, then gently decaffeinated using the Swiss Water Process to preserve body, clarity, and flavor.
