Gran Tour Coffee Return Policy

At Gran Tour Coffee, every bag is roasted fresh to order. Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns once the package has been opened. That said, your satisfaction means everything to us, and we’ll always work with you to make things right.

✅ What We Can Do:

Time is of the essence.  If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

Apparel, accessories, and non-perishable items may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original condition.

To ensure safe handling, returns on apparel, diecast, and drinkware include a 10% restocking fee.

❌ What We Cannot Accept:

Opened bags of coffee or tea (due to freshness and safety standards).

Returns requested beyond the time windows listed above.
